It supports synchronous processing of up to 16 input and 16 output signals, and is compatible with various signal formats such as HDMI, DVI, VGA, SDI, and HDBaseT. It can meet the audio and video management needs of scenarios including multimedia conference rooms, control rooms, broadcasting rooms, and shopping centers, realizing functions like signal switching, driving, and scaling. Additionally, it comes with features such as power-off memory, independent/synchronous audio switching, and storage/calling of 10 groups of scenes.

TCP/IP Control
Connect the computer to the same network segment as the device (set the computer's IP to 192.168.0.X). Establish a TCP connection using TCPUDP software (IP: 192.168.0.178, Port: 4001), enter the command (e.g., "1B8.") and send it.

Q: The remote control doesn't work?
A: Replace the battery, ensure the IR sensor is not blocked, and use a mobile phone camera to test if the remote control emits light (if it emits light, it is normal).
Q: No response to RS232 control commands?
A: Ensure the cable is connected correctly (Device TX to Computer RX, Device RX to Computer TX, Device GND to Computer GND), and check the software parameters (Baud rate 9600, etc.).
Q: The front panel buttons have no response?
A: Send the command "/%Unlock;" via RS232 to unlock (it is successful if "System Unlock!" is fed back).
Q: There is ghosting in the image?
A: Replace with a high-quality cable, add a signal amplifier if the cable length exceeds 10 meters, and adjust the image settings of the display device.
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: 1 year from the date of delivery (purchase certificate is required). It covers material/process defects, but not man-made damage, expired products, etc.
Q: How to restore the factory default EDID?
A: Send the RS232 command "EDIDMInit" to reset the EDID of all input channels of the device.
