Project Background and Requirements

In 2025, Qtenboard was invited to design and build a professional Data Command Center Display Solution for a major entertainment complex in Bangkok, Thailand. The complex includes a concert arena, a multi-hall cinema, a VIP lounge, and an operations center. Daily foot traffic ranges from 2,000 to 10,000 visitors, creating a high-frequency and complex monitoring environment.

The client’s main requirements included:

  • Real-time visualized management: A centralized platform to monitor ticket sales, crowd density, venue occupancy, movie schedules, and device status.
  • Multi-window video wall display: A narrow-bezel video wall that supports “single-screen overview” to avoid fragmented information.
  • High stability for 24/7 operation: Reliable performance in Southeast Asia’s humid and high-temperature climate.
  • International certifications & fast delivery: Compliance with CE / EMC / RoHS / CB and a tight delivery schedule for quick deployment.

Technical Solution & Implementation

Qtenboard deployed a 4×7 command center video wall made of 28 units of 55-inch 0.88mm ultra-narrow bezel LCD panels, powered by our in-house multi-screen management system.
